This BMW M5 came into our workshop for an extensive restoration and repair project, presenting with several areas of surface corrosion and wear. Our specialist team undertook comprehensive welding and fabrication work across key structural areas of the vehicle.

Repairs included full panel replacements and detailed repairs to both the inner and outer sills. All corroded and rust-affected sections were carefully removed and replaced with fresh steel, ensuring the durability and longevity of our repairs.

As part of the restoration process, we also restored the rear seat cross member and surrounding floor sections, in addition to completing necessary repairs to the inner and outer wheel arches.

We also removed the fuel tank, which allowed us to carry out critical repair work in that area. During reassembly, we installed brand new breather lines and fuel lines, and replaced the subframe connector rods to further improve the car’s structural integrity.

To complete the project, the BMW M5 was fully resprayed in its original Titan Silver, restoring its iconic appearance. The final stage included a thorough detail and clean, bringing the vehicle back to a factory-fresh finish.
